It’s the best time of year y’all: Basic b*tch season is finally upon us!

.. Not that Texas would know, considering it’s still 90’s outside & we’re getting tan down here. But that doesn’t mean we don’t love fall foods & pumpkin spice everything none-the-less!

Let’s say it like it is: @traderjoes is HANDS-DOWN the MECCA for all things basic & pumpkin, tho @wholefoods comes in at a very close second.

Trader Joes ain’t messin around:
GF pancake mix, GF bread and muffin mix, pecan pumpkin oatmeal, pumpkin puree, pumpkin bagels, pumpkin spice almond milk, pumpkin spice pumpkin seeds, harvest spice trek mix, pumpkin o’s breakfast cereal, pumpkin spice @rxbars, pumpkin soup, harvest soup, harvest creamy pasta sauce, fall zucchetto pasta, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin butter, pumpkin biscotti, spiced cider, pumpkin ravioli, harvest chili, KBC pumpkin ale, pumpkin cream cheese muffins, pumpkin chai spice loaf, bnut squash, spag squash, sweet potatoes

Meanwhile, Whole Foods kills the snack & coffee game HARD:

Be careful with ordering the pumpkin spice lattes from @Starbucks however:

⚡️Grande PSL 2% milk + whip: 380 cal, 14f 52c 50g sugar
⚡️Grande PSL almond milk, no whip: 230 cal, 6f 42c 38g sugar

Best bet is probably to order a tall-sized pumpkin spice latte:
⚡️Nonfat milk, no whip PSL: 200 cal, 0f 39c 38g sugar
⚡️Almond milk, no whip PSL: 180 cal 4.5f 31c 28g sugar
