People seem to struggle with what to fill their carbs with, so today we gonna show ya how it’s done! In an ideal world, we’d be crushing 600-800g in veggies and greensh*t and then crushing carbs like rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squashes, & fresh fruit. But if we’re active and living that 300-500c life, rice or potatoes get old reaaaal quick.
So we want to a mix of the “good good” listed above, but also definitely need some quicker digesting carbs: CUE HIGH-QUALITY BREAKFAST CEREAL. Key word there was “high quality” – we ain’t talking your conventional sugary and processed cereals. Hopefully y’all didn’t miss that headline recently where RoundUp (weed killer) was found in Cheerios, Lucky Charms, & Quaker Oats (talk about ultimate party foul)
