How to Eat Healthy with No Time to Cook
Life gets messy. While I don’t have kids I’m suddenly homeschooling or anything like that due to the pandemic, a lot of my life (sans the no gym/coffee shop life) really is relatively the same as always as i work remote anyway (sans going insane, because ya girl is an extrovert).
I *have* launched 3 new work products back-to-back-to-back in the past few weeks, however, and it’s always an instant slide to survival mode.
You know… Waking up numerous times a night stressing. Forgetting to feed myself. Hugging my computer from 7 am to 2:34 am some days. Owning businesses is a trip. I’m psycho and love every minute of it.
But anyway. This is a reminder to be careful of your Procabulary and not a victim of your circumstances.
No Time to Cook
I am effectively choosing to not prioritize time to cook and instead of stepping into my power by budgeting more money for ready-made food right now to take the stress off my plate. Procabulary is important, so be sure to own your actions there.
As you guys know, I’m all about flexible tracking. I hit my protein goal (120-130g) and calorie goal (2400-2500) and then move on with life and let carbs/fats shake out to what they may.
But anyway, here’s a little sneak peek of today’s grocery haul. Don’t forget your fruits and veggies. Even a serving a day of each right now would be a terrific goal if you’re currently having none!
