What Causes Hormonal Imbalances?
⚡️Too much caffeine
⚡️Chronic stress
⚡️Overtraining in the gym
⚡️Poor gut health
⚡️Low Vitamin D levels
⚡️Chronically under sleeping
⚡️Exposure to xenoestrogens
⚡️Sluggish liver (excess estrogen isn’t being processed out)
⚡️Frequent alcohol consumption (can raise estrogen levels)
⚡️Low fiber/water intake

How to Naturally Balance Hormone Levels?
⚡️Minimize and reduce caffeine consumption
⚡️Manage and address stress
⚡️Take down training volume / take more rest days
⚡️Supplement with quality probiotics, fermented foods, bone broth, collagen
⚡️Supplement w Vitamin D (5,000 IU should do the trick)
⚡️8-9 hours of sleep daily
⚡️Reduce plastic exposure (tupperware, water bottles, etc)
