Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive. Save it, share it, tag a friend.

You guys are always asking where I grocery shop: it’s a mixture of Costco, Trader Joes, and Sprouts. Sprouts has a terrific produce section, affordable prices, and lots of specialty items for those with food intolerances/allergies/particular eating preferences.

The bulk section is terrific for things like oatmeal, nuts, and dried fruits. They are KING of condiments/seasonings/dressings. Tons of dairy-free and gluten-free options.

What’s not to love?!

You can also bank some MAD deals on animal proteins if you keep your eyes peeled. When I lived in Dallas, I would patiently wait until grass-fed ground beef would get marked down to $3.99/lb and then stop up my fridge and freezer like mad.

If tight on money, definitely change out the Sprouts brand. Their selection of frozen fruits/veggies is typically super bomb.
