Our skin is our largest organ, so it makes sense that the products we put on it or come in contact with have access to do some damage to our hormones & overall wellbeing.

EWG.com has a database called SkinDeep where you can check the products you love. There’s also an app called ThinkDirty with similar functions. Sometimes products don’t show up in either, so try doing your research by scouting labels & surfing the companies websites.

@sephora recently stepped up their game & launched the Clean at Sephora Seal – All brands with this seal are free of sulfates SLS & SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, triclocarban, & less than 1% synthetic fragrances.
