Basically the MVP of the Human Body. The liver is the major detoxifying organ and also plays a role with metabolism, hormone production, energy storage, and digestion.

Potential Symptoms of a Sluggish Liver?
⚡️Food intolerances
⚡️Skin-related allergies (psoriasis, eczema, etc)
⚡️Symptoms of Estrogen Dominance (in females, but also seen as low testosterone in males)
⚡️High Cholesterol (High LDL & triglycerides)
⚡️Weight gain
⚡️Bloating

How to Overhaul:
⚡️Focus on food quality (organic as much as possible, high quality meats, no processed foods/sugars)
⚡️Get more potassium (bananas, sweet potatoes, etc)
⚡️Adequate fiber (30-40g daily)
⚡️Reduce exposure to xenoestrogens (parabens/pesticides/plastic)
⚡️Manage & address stress
