“No prep meal prep” could also be titled “how to hit it and quit it & get the heck out of the kitchen”

We’re looking for all the pre-cooked, pre-chopped, and frozen goodies that just need a quick nuke in the microwave or a shimmy in a pan or oven. Trader Joe’s is heaven on earth anyway, but it’s especially the supreme when it comes to not lifting a finger in the kitchen.

Protein: Grass-fed beef sirloin roast, chicken breast strips, braised beef roast, carnitas, pulled chicken breast, grilled chicken strips, various chicken sausages, hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt, almond greek yogurt, fully cooked uncured bacon, deli meat, @rxbar

Frozen Protein: Turkey burgers, mahi mahi burgers, grass-fed beef burgers, tuna burgers, mf shramppp

Frozen Carbs: White rice, brown rice, quinoa, cauliflower rice, cauliflower gnocchi, broccoli, bell peppers, carrot spirals, zucchini spirals, rainbow cauliflower mashed sweet potato, roasted potatoes

Veggies: Pre-cut butternut squash, pre-cut sweet potatoes, riced cauliflower, riced broccoli, asparagus sauté, asian veggie stir fry, healthy 8 veggie mix,  bell peppers, brussels, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, tomatoes

Carbs: Black bean pasta, red lentil pasta, brown rice pasta, Ezekiel sprouted tortillas, sweet potatoes, murasaki sweet potatoes, red potatoes, white potatoes, tai-colored potatoes, dried mango, high quality breakfast cereal, gluten-free pumpkin pancake mix, instant oatmeal

Fats: olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, guacamole, pumpkin spice pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, various nuts and trail mix
