The majority of the “at-home workouts” available during the COVID period are focused primarily on conditioning. That type of training will definitely make you sweat and some movement is better than no movement, but it won’t necessarily help build muscle/help work towards a better physique in the long run. As you guys know – we’re all about evidence-based programming practices that help you look and feel damn good.
