For those who don’t wish to have a monthly subscription, you can now download a month of Paragon Training Methods Quickie workouts and see what all the hype is about. All you need is 30 minutes and a few pairs of dumbbells (or kettlebells).

A lot of bodyweight/DB programs are focused primarily on conditioning. That type of training will definitely make you sweat and some movement is better than no movement, but it won’t necessarily help build muscle/help work towards a better physique in the long run.
