If you hate cooking and spending time in the kitchen, this is the post for you.⁣⁣

I used to be one of those people that loved cooking, loved meal prepping, and genuinely enjoyed spending hours in the kitchen… this was until I started traveling 2-3 times a month, started running 2 different 6 figure businesses, and time became a VERY precious commodity that I wish I could buy more of.⁣⁣

Present day, I still usually cook breakfast. Most mornings, this is 3 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, instant oats, maple syrup, and blueberries. I might sub in some avocado toast or gluten-free waffles, but for the most part…⁣ ⁣⁣

Breakfast is often the only meal that I truly “cook from scratch” these days.. if you can call frying a couple eggs “cooking from scratch” ? ⁣⁣

Look for as minimal ingredients as possible when shopping. Trader Joe’s products can either be 5 ingredients or 55 ingredients, so check those labels carefully.⁣⁣

Also look for things like you simply need to toss in a skillet, shove in the oven, or put in an air fryer. Cauliflower gnocchi + air fryer = clouds of puffy deliciousness in just 15-20 minutes.⁣⁣

I would still suggest “meal prepping” aka cooking those things that do require heating all in one day. Spending 10-15 minutes heating stuff every single meal still = a lot of your day.⁣⁣ Where as if you could just reach in your fridge and grab a protein/carb/fat/veg for a meal… winner winner chicken dinner.⁣⁣
