Travel can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. Packing a few essentials in your bag can be real life saver and stress reliever.

You’ll likely end up stressed, sleep deprived, and off your routine. And digestion might also get a little wack.

Bring your own drink container (like @yeti) so you can fill up on water, and toss in electrolytes (i love liquid iv brand) so you can stay on top of your hydration. Zinc and an adrenal support to help support the immune system.

Magnesium citrate before bed will help keep digestion regular, on top of getting ample fiber during the day. As long as it’s under 3 oz, you can pack food in your bag/luggage. I also like to travel with digestive enzymes to take at each meal.

Blue light from electronics (like our phones and laptops) can throw off our sleep. Blue light blocking glasses have thankfully come a long way and you don’t have to rock hideous orange shades. I have glasses from both @felixgrey and @mvmt brand and they’re great.

I also like to travel with a sleep mask and ear plugs to secure good sleep, as well as a lacrosse ball to help work out any body kinks from being cramped in a car or airplane.
