I've been coaching 18+ years! I got my bachelors in Food, Nutrition, Dietetics. I went on to coach CrossFit and manage numerous gyms, worked for CrossFit Gymnastics Seminar Staff, worked for a large nutrition coaching company, and then in 2018 I shifted to working for myself. In addition to 1:1 nutrition coaching, we founded Paragon Training Methods and started selling our workouts online. I have certifications from Precision Nutrition, Nutritional Coaching Institute, CrossFit & USA Weightlifting, and more.
