Consider me your go-to gal for all things fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle.

Today we’re giving a look at a healthy grocery haul for 2 active adults who eat 2300 calories and 2800 calories per day. We made a trip to Costco for some of our staples, and then hopped over to Sprouts Farmers Market for some snacks and goodies.
I’m 5’3 and eat 120-130 grams of protein and 2300 calories per day. While Charlie is 5’9, eats 160-170 grams of protein, and about 2800 calories per day. We love lifting, trail running, and spending as much time as we can living big and being outside (:
We primarily get most of our groceries from Costco and Trader Joes these days since we love no-cook and minimal cook food options (cooking is pretty much always cancelled in this household, let’s be honest). But we do love stopping at Sprouts on occasion for things like chicken nuggets, dark chocolate, and gluten & dairy-free food options (for me).
One of our favorite easy meals on repeat these days has been ground bison or beef, jasmine rice, microwave veggies, pasta sauce, and lots of spices. Quick and delish!
ps: the Must Love Oat Milk Ice Cream in Birthday Cake flavor is FIRE. Birthday cake flavored stuff can be hit-or-miss, but this is definitely a home run.
